Hvar is a Croatian island famous for its vibrant nightlife, stunning natural landscapes, and lavender fields. The town of Hvar is a historic gem with cobblestone streets and medieval buildings.





Things to Visit in Hvar

  1. Take a ferry from Split : the ferry is 1h long and you can find timeschedules and prices here - get your ticket for the way back in advance

  2. Climb to the Fortress: Climb to this fortress, which overlooks the town and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding islands.

  3. Walk in the old town

    1. Cathedral of St. Stephen: Located in the main square, this 16th-century cathedral is a remarkable example of Dalmatian Renaissance architecture.

    2. Hvar Theatre: One of the oldest public theatres in Europe, built in 1612, it boasts a rich cultural history.

  4. Take a boat to the Pakleni Islands: the ride is 20 minutes, and the beach is wonderful ! The small boats are located on the left of the harbor. The nearby archipelago is perfect for boat trips, offering secluded beaches and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and diving.

  5. Old Harbor of Hvar: A charming spot for a stroll, observing yachts, and enjoying numerous cafes and restaurants. You can buy many truffle products there :)

  6. Take the ferry back to Split
